This is the first book in a fun series is about a daring young boy called Sam Silver who transforms into an under cover pirate when he travels back in time to 1706. It all starts when  Sam finds a message in a bottle. As he explores life on board a pirate ship, he realises that he can help his new pirate friends to get to the mysterious Skeleton Island to find his ancestor’s treasure before the enemy.

This thrilling tale by and is great for reading to your 5-6 yr olds, and for independent readers aged 7-9.
