Digital Leaders Host at London's MozFest 2014

Following the success of our 2 U Can Too Maker Parties Mozilla invited us along to MozFest to exhibit at their own Maker Party. As we were the first Primary School in the UK to host a Mozilla Maker Party, Mozilla wanted us to excite more people into doing the same and we were happy to oblige. MozFest itself is a huge event made up of many smaller events all spread over the 10 floors of Ravensbourne College. Their Maker Party didn't start until 3 which gave us plenty of time to get there early and experience what MozFest is all about for ourselves. As you can see, we all had a great time, it was a fantastic experience and our Digital Leaders did us very proud indeed at the Maker Party!

Digital Leaders present for Code Week UK

We had the huge honour of being invited along to speak at Code Week UK's London event on 14th October. As you can see our Digital Leaders rose to the challenge and helped Mrs Adams to deliver her take on Phil Bagge's Human Crane activity. The children were extremely well behaved and talked well with the audience, they gained a huge amount from the experience and loved the opportunity to visit Mozilla's London Headquarters where the event was hosted.
