We build strong positive realtionships and trust; as a highly inclusive school we celebrate individuality and promote well-being through excellent pastoral provision.

We promote a thirst for knowledge and a love of learning by teaching and ambitious knowledge rich curriculum that inspires curiosity and is relevanr for our community.

We empower all children through our high expectations to be tolerant, respectful, determined and independent active members of a diverse local, national and global community.

We encourage all children to achive in all areas so that they can reach their potential.

Parents/carers will also be asked to sign the Home School Agreement to help re-inforce our school ethos. Our key aims are to engender the school values in all of the children. These have been discussed and agreed by the children, staff and parents, and are as follows:

Pride, Positivity, Respect, Independence, Determination and Excellence.

  1. to take pride in our school, ourselves and our work.
  2. to believe in ourselves and be positive.
  3. to be respectful and treat others as they would like to be treated.
  4. to develop independence by taking responsibility for ourselves and our work.
  5. to be determined to always do our best and try our hardest.
  6. to strive to be excellent in everything we do.

We believe in the importance of working in close partnership with parents and cares to ensure all our children achieve their full potential

All children will sign the Home School Agreement which ensures they understand and endeavour to:

  • To respect and support the School’s values
  • To work to the best of their abilities at all times including homework
  • To take a full part in school life
  • To follow the school rules and treat the school community with respect at all times including onsite, offsite and online.
