The school health team will be in school to administer the flu vaccine YR to Y6. Deadline for
Consent portal will close at 4pm on 02/10/2026.
Whether parents wish for their child to receive the vaccination or not, it is important that they complete a consent form with their decision. This helps the team to bring sufficient vaccine supplies and that no child is missed on the day.
